Drum roll please!!
I have done the draw for the Wynning Creations prize patrol and the winner is..
Congratulations Isa. Isa is a new comer who attends my coffee and card class on the second Monday of each month and therefore was in the draw! So excited for you Isa! I will see you on Sunday at the launch and will give your prize to you then. Enjoy your new Stampin Up products.
Here is what Isa wins!
Hope you all have a fantastic day! Im off to clean and tidy the craft studio and housework. The funny thing is if I get in the craft room and start tidying, I get distracted and end up making something!! Maybe I should start with the housework, nah that’s no fun!!!
Cheers for now!
Well tomorrow is the 31st May and it is the day that the big prize draw is happening. If you purchased any products or attended any classes or workshops from January until now, you are in the draw to win a lovely stamp set and some Stampin Up goodies.
It’s a Billy day today so not much getting done in the craft room but the last two days I have been madly prepping for the upcoming launch of the new Catalogue. The Wynning Creations Launch is on Sunday 3/6/2018 if you would like to attend. There are some incredible products that will be available on 1/6/2018 can’t wait to share them with you.
As you know I hold a coffee and card class once a month and now also a technique class. The coffee and card class is second Monday of the month at Round Table Coffee on Gawain Road Bracken Ridge and the technique class/es are on the send Tuesday of each month at 10am and 7pm. If you would like to come along to any of these classes please call me to book in on 0419721561.
I did manage to make this gorgeous handbag the other day thought I would share it with you all. Its just one of the projects that you can make at the technique classes. The embossing paste is the gorgeous new silver! So easy to work with.
I will do the draw in the morning and will let you know who the lucky winner is!!
Thanks for stopping by and hope you have a great day!
Good Morning Everyone,
Welcome to Monday! I am so looking forward to the Wynning Creations launch of the 2019 Stampin Up Annual Catalogue on Sunday. Still room for more would love to see you if you live in Brisbane Australia! Call me to book your spot on 0419721561 or email me at email@example.com. Sure to be lots of fun!!
Today I have a very simple card using some of the new in colours, vellum and the beautiful new polka dot ribbon. The colours are painted on using the aqua painters then the vellum is stuck on over the top. I saw a great tip for adhering vellum so that no glue shows through and that is to sponge the tombow glue onto the vellum. I stamped the sentiment in Soft Suede onto the Vellum. You could use any colours you want and the vellum over the top tones down the colours just beautifully. the sentiment is from the gorgeous new Stitched All Around stamp set which has matching framelits.
An easy card to try and I would love to see your cards!
Hope you all have a fantastic day and I’m in my craft studio all day today prepping for Sunday. Would love to hear from you to book your spots for Sunday!!
Have not had a chance to be in the craft studio much of late as I have had this little cherub with me! My beautiful little 10 month old grand daughter Lola! Isn’t she adorable. My grandchildren are about the only people who can keep me out of my craft studio.
However Stampin Up make it easy to show you the latest and greatest products, please take time to have a look at this beautiful suite Delightfully detailed from Stampin Up! We will be using some of these products on 3/6/2018 at the launch day so if you would like to play with these beautiful dies, and you haven’t booked, ring me now to book your spot, still spots available! 0419721561.
In the meantime check out this video and when Lola goes home today, (sob, sob) I will hopefully get some time to play in the craft studio.
If you would like to order any of these gorgeous beauties, you can use my 24/7 shop or email me your order or call me!
Hope you enjoy!! Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
If you are a beach lover like me, you are going to love this new stamp set from Stampin Up. Its called Sea of Textures and here is my first card using both the stamps and the matching framelits Under the Sea Framelits. I have used the lovely new Balmy Blue and Mint Macaroon ink colours and of course Whisper White cardstock. Loving this stamp set and may make this card or a similar one at the launch of our new Catalogue on the 3rd June! Wanna come? Call me 0419721561.
Thanks for stopping by today!
Well Monday is here so instead of having the Monday blues I decided to get straight to work in the craft studio and try some things that I have been wanting to do. One project in particular was a conservatory card which I have seen on Pinterest but wanted to put my own spin on it. So here it is! It folds flat and can be written on the back. It uses the acetate sheets and the door and windows are made from the Hearth and Home framelits. The chairs and table are from the Seasonal Framelits and the sentiment is from Just sitting here stamp set as is the pot of flowers on the table. For my first effort I am pretty pleased with it the door is a little crooked but hey I’m no carpenter :)!
Hope you liked today’s project and thanks for stopping by my blog! Please see below for the products used in this project and if you would like to order any of them, please hop on over to my online shop.
Welcome to the weekend! A little chilly here in Brissy this morning but lots to do and unfortunately it won’t be in my craft room. There is a life outside the craft room apparently. Anyway, did a card the other day that I wanted to share with you. I have been suing the Bubble Over Stamp set which coordinates with the Bottles and Bubbles framelits and thought I would make a few cards and bottle tags, as always good to have a few male cards on hand! I used the Bronco colours (for those of you overseas, this is our local football club) but you can use any colours! They had a great win last night so this card is so appropriate for today! Go Broncos!
The sentiment is a little hard to see on the bottom of the card due to my bad photography skills but it says May your day bubble over with happiness!
Let’s know your thoughts!
Have a great day!!
Have been wanting to try this string technique for a long time now and finally decided to give it a go today. So happy with the end result however it did take a few tries and not the cleanest of techniques but a great result!
I used the lovely new Blackberry Bliss for the flower and used Lemon Lime Twist for the leaves. The leaf stamp is from tranquil tulips (retiring).
Would love to know what you think. Don’t forget if you would like to learn this technique book into one of my technique classes held the second Tuesday morning and evening of the month! Call be to book 0419721561!
I have added a video now but still would love to see you come along to do this in person with me!
See you soon!
Really wanted to share this beautiful stamp set with you. Brandi from Stampin Up has done this fantastic video to showcase this beautiful stamp set which has matching framelits.
It has 16 stamps in the stamp set and there is a matching Pretty Park framelits set which is a 10 piece set. They compliment each other so beautifully.
Check out this video and I am sure you are going to want to get these sets for sure in June when they are available.
Hope you are having a great day!
Today is the second Monday of the month which means its time for the Coffee and Card class. Another great morning with Sue, Dorothy, Isa and Judy who came today and got down and got their hands inked up well and truly. We had so much fun! Of course the coffee was great too at Round Table Coffee.
The card today was to show just what you can do with our Stampin Up inks and how versatile they are. Lots of ink used and lots got on our hands but that’s all in the fun of stampin. So sorry I forgot to take pics today but here is the card we made.
We used our aqua painters with the ink pads to do the background using crumb cake for the sand, mint macaron for the sea and crushed curry for the sky also used grapefruit grove, stamped off, for the sun. We used old olive for the grass. The lighthouse, sentiment, waves, birds and grass are all from the High Tide stamp set which is a fantastic set for sentiments and great for creating a seaside scene like this card. We used the stamparatus to line up the light house two step stamp! So easy and fun to use. The new shammy also came in very handy to clean the stamps with!
I have a technique class tomorrow at 10am and one at 7pm if you would like to come along please call and book on 0419721561.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you have a fantastic week, until next time,
keep on crafting!
