Happy Monday to everyone!
Hope you had a great weekend. Managed to get a bit of time in the craft room this morning something I haven’t had much time of as late and I do miss doing my crafts.
I found this beauty on Pinterest today and thought I would have a go at it! I am always looking for little gift ideas to give people. This one would be great for Father’s Day coming up. Or a birthday or any occasion really and can be decorated in any designs you wish! Also doesn’t have to be filled with Ferreros use any sweets or treats you like. It wasn’t until I was doing the blog did I realise that I didn’t glue the corner down very well! Never mind you get the general idea. I can make these to order or you can come and do a class on it if you like. Unfortunately this DSP is discontinued but I still have a small supply of it left for any classes. Call me to book in on 0419721561.
I am hoping to be at Carseldine Markets this Saturday but I am having a few health problems and may not make it but will let you know.
Here is the list of products used in this project.
Hope you have a great week.
Cheers for now
Good afternoon everyone,
Long time no hear from me! Have been visiting the family in Gladstone but back home now with a bad back but itching to get into the craft room.
Just before we left on holidays I received my order and haven’t had a chance to use any of it but today I found a little time to “play”.
I have been wanting to use this gorgeous embossing folder “Tufted” just one of the new folders from Stampin Up. I used the new Soft Sea Foam cardstock (how gorgeous is this colour?) as well as the four petal flower punch to create this sympathy card. I unfortunately have had to use up some of sympathy cards in my stash of late and so had to create some new stock!
The sentiment is silver embossed.
Don’t forget if you would like any of these products, be sure to visit and click my online store to place your order. Let me know if you have any questions!
Hope you like today’s card! Let me know what you think.
Cheers for now!
we are in Gladstone helping our beautiful little granddaughter Lola celebrate her first birthday. Check out the little bear banner I made for her high chair. I just brought a few craft supplies with me to Gladstone and just used what I had and did some punch art!
Will be back in my craft room on the weekend creating so will post a blog or maybe a video then.
Hope everyone is keeping warm in this cold weather. It’s even cold up here!!!
Had a lovely morning this morning with four lovely girls, Samara, Ally, Jean and Erin who came to the Nest at Everton Park for the kids craft class today. They made a fish treat box, an owl book mark and a father’s day card for their dads!
We all had so much fun. Hoping to do more classes at this amazing place. I even managed to pick up some calico and hession for my upcoming craft market display – might I add it was at a great price too! Check it out at www.nestcommunity.org.au a fantastic organisation!
Here’s a pic of the girls doing their crafty thing today.

Good afternoon everyone,
Sunday here in Brissy Town and I have been prepping for the monthly Coffee and Card Class tomorrow at Round Table Coffee. As we are away next week visiting Grandies had to have it a week earlier! No this isn’t the card we will be making but I managed to squeeze in a bit of time to make this gate fold card using the Tropical Escape DSP and the Tropical Chic stamp set. Its a very easy card to make and I had fun doing it. I used the DSP on the side panels but stamped the images inside and on the oval sentiment for the front. I used Lemon Lime Twist Write Marker with the Shaded Spruce Ink Pad to shade the leaves on the insert and the front sentiment card.
I also have a kids class on Thursday at the Nest at Everton Park. I volunteer to do craft classes here every so often. Check it out on the web at http://www.nestcommunity.org.au/
Check out the great DSP sale Stampin Up are having this month and you could get the Tropical Escape DSP for free!!
Hope you all have a fantastic week, thanks for stopping by and until next time!
